Course Overview:
This training course focuses on how organizations can conduct food safety management system verification activity base on auditing the Codex HACCP, CAC/RCP 1-1969, rev 4-2003, the HACCP principles within an organization, and understand how an organization can use its internal auditing tools to strengthen their food safety risk management system, utilize its resources for continuous improvement.
Course Content:
1- Assess an organizations HACCP system against CODEX and other requirements in the role of a Lead external auditor 2- Obtain awareness of the processes that an organization should be taking to address and correct HACCP nonconformances 3- Write, review and provide feedback on HACCP audit reports 4- Obtain awareness of the processes that an organization should be taking to develop, implement, maintain and continually improve its HACCP system 5- Document nonconformances within an external audit report
