Course Overview:

This course is designed for housewives with the aim of raising awareness about food safety, which avoids many family members who are foodborne. It contains a simple explanation to guide the housewives on the best way to deal with food safely from the moment of purchase and through storage, preparation and preservation until the proper provision of food free of any type of risk and to avoid contamination and damage that may be caused to food during the various operations it goes through at home. This course includes basic modules that include the basic knowledge to handle food safety safely.
